When you submit a form, request community numbers, ask for a shortlist, use the Sell decision tool, subscribe to the Sunday Drop or book a call, we may collect:

• Your first and last name, email address and phone number
• Your current city and state
• Why you are moving, your timeline, budget range and communities you are considering
• Whether you own a home, whether you need to sell first, and your mortgage pre-approval status
• Your email and text-message marketing preferences
• Anything you type into a message or notes field

Move Matcher: your quiz answers, the communities matched to you and an internal match score.

Sell decision tool: the property's location and, if you provide it, address; estimated value, mortgage balance and mortgage rate ranges; your next-move plans and budget; your priorities, biggest obstacle, motivation and timeline.

Scheduling: if you book a consultation, your name, email, appointment time, time zone and booking status, provided to us by our scheduling provider.

• Pages and tools you use on this site, with the page address and time, recorded as activity on your record
• Campaign and referral details from links you arrive on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and the first page you landed on
• An anonymous session identifier that lets us connect what you did before you gave us your name to your record afterward
• An internal lead score and priority label we calculate from your answers and activity, used only to decide how quickly to follow up
• Standard analytics data through Google Analytics, including approximate location, device, browser, referral source and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies

Our emails are sent through an email delivery provider that records whether a message was delivered, opened, clicked, bounced or reported as spam. We use this to know whether our emails are reaching you and to stop sending to addresses that bounce or complain.

• Answering your questions and following up about buying, selling or relocating
• Matching you to communities and preparing the information you requested
• Scheduling and confirming consultations
• Sending marketing emails, including the Sunday Drop newsletter, when you have opted in
• Prioritizing follow-up, improving the site and measuring which pages help people
• Meeting our legal and real-estate recordkeeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run SellingTN, and only for that purpose:

• Website and database hosting
• Email delivery, including open and click tracking
• Appointment scheduling
• Website analytics (Google Analytics)
• eXp Realty, the brokerage through which all real-estate services are provided, when you become a client

We may also disclose information where required by law.

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing email, including the Sunday Drop, and takes effect immediately.
• If you opted in to text messages, reply STOP to any message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
• We may still send you transactional messages you asked for, such as a booking confirmation or the results of a tool you used.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing cherie@getsellingtn.com.
• You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We keep lead and transaction records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Tennessee real-estate recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them. Access to our records is limited and password protected. No website can promise perfect security.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
